YouTube background playing

Hi, I use YouTube videos to help me sleep, but playing in the background as I have YouTube premium. Is there a way to keep YouTube as a brainrot app but to allow background audio to play?

    You could download youtube music. So block youtube but play the music from YouTube music instead!
