Linked Logins
I block Facebook while I’m at work, but have other things that use Facebook to log in. Is there a way to have the app blocked but allow for a sign-in to other sites without penalty?

Insomniac - friendly dark mode?
Often my scrolling habit happens at night, which worsens my insomnia. But when I interact with the Brainrot app, it’s soooo bright that it makes me want to just shut it off. Please make dark mode available!!

Stopped automatically blocking apps
I set a time frame for brainrot to block certain apps but it stopped doing that and I have to click “Focus” everyday for it to activate. Its quite annoying tbh. I just want Brainrot to automatically block my apps in the desired time I set it and keep it that way.

Restart Required Block
I think it would be amazing to have an even more annoying method for unblocking the brainrot like having to restart your phone. Or requiring an even more time consuming authentication process that’s fairly tedious.

Blocking of apps is not working at all
I already did all the steps necessary that the app provides to fix the problem but nothing is working. My apps arent getting blocked and the „tap to reset blocking system“ buttons either on the block screen as well as in the help and support section is not working as well

Allowing CarPlay without counting screen time?
I use Google Maps (and music/podcast apps) while driving. Can this time not be counted as screen time?

Make earning your life back a game
Maybe a screen time game vs friends, where you invite friends and maybe add fitness to the app to track steps and add map tracking to see what team (a team of 2) stays outside and does activities more, and the more outside the team goes they win that day like a best out of 7 days. you would need a ai to give ideas for outside activities or something like that. And each team should pool some money or a reward and also add a little thing that shows how much life each team has earned back.

Brainrot with friends
I‘d love to be able to make brainrot groups so you can reduce screentime together with friends. On one hand it would further gamify it and make it into a fun challenge. On the other hand the social pressure could help people who really struggle hard with staying disciplined.

Blocking does not work
If you go into the app that is blocked a couple of times the it does not block again after the agreed time, also if the apps are blocked the next morning they become unblocked I have to keep going into the brain rot app repeatedly to refresh the blocking system - before it used to block perfectly

Ability to log the reason for opening an app
This is a helpful feature for two reasons: 1) Allows user to not only consider but reflect and write out why they decide to open an app. (This creates an opportunity to more deeply connect with whether it is necessary to use an app or not). 2) Allows user to keep track of their reasonings. For example, I had to open YouTube (one of my blocked apps) to watch videos for school. This was necessary, and it would be really nice to note somewhere inside of the app that I used the app for educational purposes, regardless of whether the health of the brain is still impacted.

Adding some personalization
While I can see that the point of this app is to keep you off your phone, it would be so much fun if a multiple-day streak rewarded you with the ability to add accessories to your brain. More ideas on this: *You are only given 5-10 minutes a day to spend in the “shop” which allows you to pick out accessories *Streaks of low screen time or a very healthy brain earn you points that can be used on little customizations such as a bow tie, a pair of glasses, a silly hat etc. *I believe this would help with motivation outside of the brain’s messages and overall health

Request
I would love an allow list feature. For example: I enjoy reading the WSJ. Reading articles on my phone shouldn’t affect my screen time/ brain rotting time. Or some sort of feature that when I use apps like instagram, YouTube, and tiktok is the only time when my screen time is affected. If I’m not using a brainrot app, it should count as bad screen time.

Feature request!
Would love a feature where you can turn the app monitoring off when you are using typical Brainrot apps for non-Brainrot activities. Examples: when your job requires you to use YouTube as part of a presentation When your job requires you to message people on instagram When you are on a long road trip and you use YouTube to play a podcast through the car speakers. I currently have to do these things and it can destroy my Brainrot progress/stats when I’m actually not engaging in activities that give me Brainrot. Maybe this feature could exist as a countdown timer that turns app monitoring back on automatically when the timer runs out. Perhaps it also makes you justify why you are turning app monitoring off - to help people not abuse this feature to simply doom scroll

Blocking isn’t working.
I wanted to have a detox but still have access to important apps the I need during the day so I selected a hundred something apps. But for some reason it’s only blocking my games because it’s the only full category I selected. It’s not blocking anything else. I’ve spent more time on my phone trying to figure it out than off. I can only block all of my apps and the main ‘brainrot ones’. I still want access to gmail, google, ring, life360 etc. while on detox. I’ve restarted my phone twice but nothing has worked.
