What happened to selected apps only?

I had months of 90+ health scores that are all suddenly gone now. My health scores look terrible now because it’s tracking apps I never selected like messages, safari, etc which I have to use for work.

Also why is the Brainrot app ITSELF an offender? When I open it each day to check my scores, it also shows up as an offending app and hurts my score… that is ridiculous.

Please bring back selected apps only as offending apps.
