Switching to different subscription

I started using the app about 2 weeks ago and I picked the weekly payment plan and now I can’t find how to switch to just paying for a full year. It doesn’t show up on my subscriptions for my Apple account or anything. Now I keep getting charged $5 a week and have no way to stop it.
