Screen time left until blockage

I wish we could have a notification option for the time remaining before blockage. For example : I put a 1h time limitation on instagram. The brainrot app will send me a notification every [x time] to remind me how much time I have left on instagram. It would give me a good reminder and indicate me to close the app to not waste my time left.
