Muse.ai gets blocked even not in list or excluded

I have a rule that blocks social media and it’s also blocks muse (new Meta’s agent).

Even when I added Muse to the exclude app, it’s still being blocked.

I have iPhone 17 pro max, iOS 27

Any suggestions?
