Ok, so I have used this app for quite awhile now and I find just so easy to go back into whatever app to doom scroll luckily I have a screen time limit on my iPhone which actually stops me so I don’t spend the hours I wanted to be productive, anyways the problem is after awhile you know what the brain is what it’s gonna say you know where to press and you stop thinking and it is just another routine you have to do. So I’ve been thinking about a solution the company would maybe like to consider using. I think it would be really cool and way more effective. if it’s possible if they used ai in their work so when you ask your brain(the ai) it comes up with a response and then you have to type and explain why you need to go on and then the ai looks through your message and sees if it is a reasonable ask then if it is it lets you go through and if it’s not it suggests better things you could do. Also go less than ten mins let it be custom time so you can’t go higher than 30m but you can do any number below that
