Locking apps based on goal accomplishment rather than time

I wish that there was an option to lock apps based on task accomplishment.

For example, it would be super cool if there was a system where you can type in your daily goals and if you try to open a restricted app you get a pop up asking if you completed your list/task.

And if you say “no” then it should give you pushback before it lets you bypass
