Issues with Blocking / Refreshing Blocking

Currently my blocking is not working and my app states that there are issues with the blocking and gives me a button to tap to refresh the system. But it doesn’t refresh it and the button and notification remain. I’ve tried all the recommended help from the app. What else can I do?
