I’m at a loss . Tried everything. Tracks all apps instead of the few I want .

I have done all the troubleshooting. The app worked fine a few months ago but now it monitors all apps and all usage , not the 3 apps I want it to monitor. I only want it tracking 3 apps . I’m at a loss . I loved it , but it’s really not helping me now
