I keep getting offer pop ups even though I’m already subcribed

This is driving me crazy. I have already subscribed for the year and activated this device but the past couple days I keep getting pop ups trying to get me to sign up for a subscription I already have. The blocking is completely broken every time this happens and you can’t just exit out of the pop up. I am forced to hit continue and then cancel when it brings up the apple pay window and then it brings up ANOTHER offer pop up. Please make this stop I already gave you my money
