Hard detox after X time

Use case:

I want to watch my show for 20min before bed.

I love the show and always extend more time for it.

I want to have a forced cooldown.

So when I start the unblock I want to be able to trigger the “time-released safe” option.

Ie: let me watch for 20 then hard lockdown for 60min.
