Goal:

Could I block apps with a certain amount of unlock time? Cause I don’t want to abandon instagram I just don’t want to rot on it for hours. I still need to keep people updated on trips and stuff but I want an all day block except my intentional times of unlocking it to post…. While still not allowing myself to be on it in the morning or evening… a bit complex but that’s my goal
