Forced Subscription Requests

Hello, I previously paid for a yearly subscription. Purchased about a month ago

Now everytime I log in it prompts me to pay for a subscription again. I can’t skip over it without 3-4 clicks, and it forces me to even get to a point of ‘double click to pay’ before I can exit out.
