Currently, BrainRot mainly tracks apps that decrease brain score (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
I’d like to suggest adding a feature for apps that actually increase the score – for example:
Reading apps (Kindle, etc.)
Self-improvement apps (meditation, journaling, habit trackers)
Learning/educational apps that help develop focus and knowledge
Why?
This creates a more balanced system: not only punishing for “bad” apps but also rewarding for “good” ones.
It motivates users to spend more time on productive activities instead of just avoiding distracting ones.
It reflects the real impact of how people use their phones – some apps are genuinely beneficial.
Proposal:
Allow users to mark certain apps as “Positive Apps.”
When using them, the brain score goes up instead of down.
Start with reading apps (Kindle, etc.) and self-improvement apps, and later expand to other categories.
