Doomscrolling vs education

I would love to be able to differentiate between short form and long form videos on YouTube. I struggle with doomscrolling through shorts, but do watch long form videos to learn things and also have background sound while I’m doing other things. I have the ability to play a regular YouTube video with the screen off and I don’t want that to count against my score.
