Doomscrolling limits

Feature Request

Doomscrolling is one of the main things I struggle with. I sometimes want to be on apps like instagram during the day to text my friends so it’s inconvenient to fully block them. Is there a way to add a scrolling limit? Like after 30 minutes of being open the app shuts off and requires an hour or something to reset? This would be a perfect feature!

    Was just thinking about this as well. Like if my screen time goal is 3hrs a day, I don’t want to spend 3 hours straight doomscrolling on Instagram or something
