Close app automatically + hard-core version

I really love the idea! Would it be possible to implement something like once that time is up, Instagram could close automatically. It would be great to also add a timer that prevents you from reunlocking the app again after that limit is reached.

Additionally, a “hardcore” version could make it impossible to open the app during certain hours—like when you tend to oversleep. Another useful feature might be to limit the number of times you can open the app each day. and lastly, something that means you can’t just change the settings in the app.
