Cannot select all items in a category

Selecting all items in a category auto selects the whole category and the error pops up “categories aren’t supported. Pick individual apps to exclude. Categories won’t be saved”

1. If categories cannot be used, the category checkbox should not be there.

2. Even if categories cannot be used, It should be possible to select all apps from a specified category?
