Asking to pay for a new subscription when I already subscribed for one?!?

I just opened the app today, and the screen popping up asking to subscribe popped up even though I just got one recently. When I first got the subscription I paid for it online, so it’s not connected to the Apple payment method so when I click restore purchases it does not work. Anyone else having this problem?
