Add a time limit option in the schedule option

I use instagram to talk to my friends a lot and they might have something important to say but I won’t get the notification if the app is blocked. I think maybe allowing for custom usage time during a block period could help out instead of having to re open brain-rot every time I want to check my messages for anything important. E.g schedule block between 7am and 12pm with 10minutes of blocked app usage
