Accessorise Brain When Hitting Milestones?

I’m a new UX/UI designer for reference. This app has made me absolutely fall inlove with a cartoon brain. I’ve had it for ONE day and it’s incredible, I actually got work done today!

I would LOVE to see when milestones are hit such as staying under your allocated screen-time allowance for 7 days straight, you earn two accessories you can choose between (for example, a Top Hat or Sunglasses), which these items can also deteriorate as the brain rots. (the sunglasses lose a lens, or the hat fades or get ratted and torn).
